Giving a lasting gift. Help a Lyndon student.

Posted by Peter Koziell on May 30, 2010

Dear alumni and friends,

You have never met me, but I will benefit from your support.

My name is Casey Spear. I just finished my sophomore year at Lyndon. I will be the first in my family to graduate from college with a bachelor's degree. I have grown so much at Lyndon. I thoroughly enjoy my education - learning empowers me.

I want to make a difference in the lives of others, just like the professors at this college have made a difference in mine. Because of Lyndon, I know my options are wide open and the possibilities are endless.

I worked on the Phonathon this year and understand how much the College relies on its alumni and friends for support. Thank you for making sure the Lyndon experience is possible for students like me.

With gratitude,
Casey Spear '12

Support the Annual Fund. Help us ensure the Lyndon experience stays within the reach of deserving students like Casey.

Lyndon is striving to reach a goal of $150,000 for the Annual Fund this year. The end of the fiscal year is just 6 days away (June 30)! Please make your gift today and help put us one step closer to this goal!

A strong Annual Fund ensures that the College has the resources necessary to promote academic excellence at Lyndon by:
 - providing scholarship support to the most deserving students,
 - supporting the professional development of faculty and staff,
 - acquiring state-of-the-art academic equipment,
 - and improving the College's buildings and grounds.

Giving is easy!

1. Give online at http://alumni.lyndonstate.edu/annualfund

2. Mail a check, payable to Lyndon State College: Lyndon State College, Attn. Alumni House, P.O. Box 919, Lyndonville, VT 05851

3. Call Hannah Manley '97 at 802-626-6433.

It doesn't have to be a big gift to be an important gift.
(If you have already made your gift to the Annual Fund, thank you!)
